I am excited to offer you a variety of services to support you on your personal journey. All my services are designed to compliment and enhance each other. During an initial interview we will determine together which services may be most beneficial to you at this time.
Perhaps you want to start out with some Spiritual Coaching to identify some life challenges or you may be drawn to clear and stabilize your physical environment first before addressing personal issues. Reconnecting more deeply with your physical body through a Thai Massage allows you to de-stress and will often point to areas in your life that are not “flowing” at this time. Perhaps clarity and peace are foremost on your mind and you may initially benefit most from an Avesa balancing. Your journey is unique, and I am here to honor it.
While you can book single sessions for each of the services, I invite you to consider making a more long-term commitment to your spiritual and emotional growth. Personal growth is a process and having a coach to accompany you for a while has many benefits. A coach can break down bigger issues into manageable steps and support you in actually implementing the changes you want to create. You receive guidance, encouragement, acceptance and loving, supportive presence as well as reminders to not take life too seriously and laugh often.
